97 f150 suicide door won't open
 

My 97 F-150 suicide door wont open.

I've taken inside panels off and I can see the plastic cable end deteriorated. I can push the top cable and hear it click, but the bottom cable came loose from the bottom control.

I think I can remove cable at center door levers, but how can I reattach cable at bottom control of I can't get the door opened?

I've replaced both of the upper cables on my 02 Scab rear doors but the bottom ones were still good. The bottom cable is much more expensive than the upper one.

If you do a search you may find a link of some young lady who shows how to fix the upper cable for about a buck. I think I paid in the neighborhood of $100 for the upper cables.
