heater hose replacement on 99'5.4

I had a hose split. I'm going to replace both heater hoses, I have the parts. It looks like a tuff job, anyone have any tips?

"Quick disconnect" can be a pain.

Relatively simple job. Get a hose pick to help break the seal between the steel pipe and the inside of the hose

Is there any trouble with O-rings the new hoses didn't come with them.
