Nascar truck needs to be lower.

So, I have a 98 Nascar edition, which I had been fine with the way it sits.. No longer the case.. These trucks were lower 1 inch all around than regular 2wd F150 of the year. I'm not exactly sure which parts are different in the truck to achieve the 1 inch. I think I am looking for a 2inch/4inch to help level this pig out. Here are a few pictures I took today, for clarity.

I would go lower than 2/4, but I don't know, 2/4 seems practical. Any thoughts/opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know either how they achieved a 1" lower stance than stock but I can definitely give some advice on lowering your truck. I just finished dropping my 97 so I know a little and I learned a LOT!!
First of all, don't just lower it, you will not be happy. Go ahead and spend a little extra on all the squishy parts that you come to. Control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. It can all be had pretty reasonably from Rock Auto, and since you gotta take all that mess apart to lower it....why not?
Front, use drop spindles! Rear, use hangers and brackets to get 4". Put new shocks on and get an alignment!
Do your homework, there are a gob of threads on here with info about lowering your truck, read them all!!

Good luck

Yea, many of my suspension parts are new now, does need shocks, and with the miles, ***** joints also, so that's what got me thinking to go ahead and lower it. I was really curious as to how they got the 1inch mainly, just to know, but is nothing I can't figure out by comparing to regular f150 parts I suppose. And yea, love me some RockAuto, for all my Jeep and Truck needs. Appreciate the advice Bastard, I will surely do a little more digging before ordering anything.
Thanks again!
