I'm not very mechanical savvy but I have an 01 5.4 I've checked both fuse boxes and replaced both fuses for the cigar lighter and powerpoint. I have power in the cigar lighter but not in the powerpoint any suggestions?

 

Be sure your checking properly because the Cigar socket is different from the power point socket in internal layout.
The Cigar fuse is #3 on the inside panel.
The power point is #1 on the engine bay panel.
If not the fuse, do some checking with a voltmeter at the engine bay fuse appearance to see if voltage is present at that location.
