Clock Spring
I picked up this 98 F-150 4.6l 4x4 3-door for $400. It passed NY inspection. Passenger side safety belt/ airbag light blinks 3 then 2 then stays on. After searching the forums I'm assuming the problem is the clock spring? Would this problem also cause cruise control and the horn to not work?
It looks like the Gas tank strap, cruise control recalls have been fulfilled and I see no blown fuses.
