I'm looking to buy a 2000-2003 F150 4WD and wondering if there are any threads or stickies out there that lay out what things to look for. Rust seems popular along with odometer lighting. Any sites to help me out?

On this site and others you'll find references to the cruise control fire & recall, the spark plug spitting issue rampant on the 3-thread heads on the pre-2003 models, the breaking gas tank straps recall, the 5.4L engine knock issue, intermittent Odo, and a host of other issues.
