Making the right choice f-150 2002
Hello all,
So long story short i wrecked my 2002 f-150.
and wanted some input from the experts here on what would be my best choice.
should i spend the time and money and fix it or should i part it out and gather as much money to buy a new one.
What would be a reasonable price if some one would to ask for the truck as is.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
Thanks

That's a total. Part it out and take the carcass to the crusher.
I know that sounds rather harsh, but when you push the front end in that far, trying to fix it is pretty hopeless. There will be frame and driveline damage in addition to front suspension damage.

Yep, if you don't want to part it out yourself, call a salvage yard and get them to come get it.
I did that with a Pontiac Sunbird I bought for my daughter. The thing kept running hot and I paid for shop repairs several times. Finally she ran it longer than she should have and it wouldn't start. I had had it with that pos so I drove 6 hours to where she was in school, called a salvage yard to come get it and bought her a 1 year old Ford Contour on the way back to her apt. That Contour lasted 170k miles with questionable maintenance before it left her the side of the road.
