Will Mud Flaps Foil 33's
2000 F150 XLT 4x4 5.4L
I have the Husky Liner molded mud flaps all the way around. Do you guys think they would cause an issue will 33's. I know they would fit no problem with out them, but I would really like to keep them on there if at all possible. I can always go with 31's i suppose. I will be getting new tires in the next month and don't want to get stuck with an issue. Thanks, Dave |
Rear's shouldnt obviously rub, hard to say on the front, I dont think that they would. You might could trim them down a little.
|
Fronts could while turning, or going over bumps. Rears definitely shouldn't be a problem.

all stock. 265's. no issues. As soon as these wear out I'm going to crank the TBar's and throw on 295 Nitto's. So I'll let ya know how that goes. Will be a bit though I think I can get another 10K easy out of these tires. lol

My 33's rubbed the OEM front flaps when i turned.
|
^ your 97 had flaps? lucky devil...
|
Yes, both did actually. lol.
|
wait, did you have OEM fender flares on either?
|
the 4x4 did.

285/70/17's BFG A/T's rubbed the OEM flaps in front AND back. just a little.
I took them off as I didn't like the way flaps look anyway. Truck looks taller and sportier IMHO without flaps and steps. |
