Dash lights out
Today when I went to tun on my headlights my dash lights, radio, and HVAC are not lighting up, I have checked the fuses and they are good except for #5 in the engine compartment so I replaced it and they still wont come on, prior to this I pulled a dead bulb out of my HVAC, that wouldn't have anything to do with it would it?

I checked the plug and it's plugged in all they way and the dimmer is turned up, I turned the dimmer up to see if the overhead light worked yet and it does, are there more then two fuses that run this stuff or should I check all of them?

I have one more question for ya quick, when I'm accelerating I hear this rattling noise kinda where the bell housing is but I cant figure out what in the heck it is, I took a rubber hammer and tapped on the cats and they are solid. Could it be a heat shield?

Yep, that's what you do Red. Ford has a TSB on that, I have it somewhere lol. You can use two or three 7"-'8" band clamps.

Sorry for not understanding but where exactly do I put the hose clamp?

Yea, just like I said. I'd use band clamps, - sizes have been posted already. I doubt a hose clamp would fit, - who said that, Red ?
Wrap the shields, tighten them down. That works for awhile. I just removed the shields all together, personally. They got real irritating, just once and when I was in a bad mood.

Damn, that's some work lol. Well, at least that leaves you plenty of spots to tighten down, if need be.
