What offset wheels for 37's?

I currently have a 4" Rancho suspension lift, I plan on adding a 3" body kit soon what size wheel and offset will I need to clear 37's with no bad rubbing. I'm clueless on the offsets and how to figure out what size wheels and tires I would need.
