Correct brake master cylinder

The cruse control on my 1999 F-150 LXT 4WD 4.6 truck has never functioned. It was recently pointed out to me that the cyl. on the truck did not have a electrical connector for the cruse control and there was a connector near by that was not being utilized. My thoughts are that some one put on the incorrect cyl. for the previous owner and just ignored the elect. connect. plug. There are many different types of cylinders available for that year but exactly which one and what it should look like would be helpful.

The correct one w/cruise control. That red deal w/fused safety harness.

Thanks so much, very good photo. The pressure switch that treads into the top back area of the cylinder I am assuming it is sold as a independent part?
Thank you again

That switch with the red top is sold as a separate part - it's about 26 bucks at the dealer. The new improved switches don't need the fused harness.

Thanks again. Was at the local dealer yesterday to find the correct master cyl. and switch. The latest part # they had was 1L1Z-9F924-AA, on the plastic packaging it listed it as a brake repair kit which included a switch, a small, approx. 7-8" harness and a black tie strap. Does this sound right? I ask because you stated the new switch doesn't require the fused link.
