Truck sounds like the Jettson's car

Ok, weird question here. But is my current exhaust manifold problem (https://www.f150online.com/forums/19...-start-up.html) the cause of my now new noise when I start my truck? Whenever I start the truck, it has this weird Jettson's car sound. It's a little deeper, but sound is very similar. The ticking is still the same as it was in the other thread. But this new noise is kinda worrying me. I'm almost certain it's exhaust related, but just want to check.
Sound clip of the Jettson car, for those that don't remember.

So what do you all think?
Exhaust related?
Or, something else?

Also, is it bad to be driving around with this? I was gonna wait until like August, and redo my whole exhaust. Starting at headers, and going back. Or is that too long to wait, b/c this might be damaging my truck.

lol at the Jetson video. If it's what I'm thinking of my truck does the same thing. I read a few threads a while back and it seems like it might be a bearing in one of the pullies. Not exactly sure though. Mine only does it here and there but it does go away like you said after a few minutes.

Yah I would check the pulleys. Remove the belt and turn each one by hand. Also, its ok to start it up for a few seconds with the belt removed to see if the sound is gone. Probably alternator or tensioner pulley. I have a buddy who has had the passenger exhaust leak for over 3 years now and he hasnt fixed it. His truck seems to run ok, (sounds like shat)not sure if its good for it or not, I would imagine not. The studs are broken... Its best to take care of them before they turn to a pile of welded on rust that cant be removed and needs to be re tapped. Ive had that issue on both my f150 and know of numerous others. Mine was like $325 at an exhaust shop, 3 studs were broke and needed extracted. Can probably tackle it yourself for a lot cheaper if you don't mind extracting things from aluminum, me personally.. ill pass.
