Ford’s not shy about building a million-and-one different variants of the F-150. It is the most popular truck in America and (nearly) the most popular vehicle in the country. Of course, luxury is the main difference between trims, but Ford dips occassionally dips into more specialty trucks with the King Ranch and the Harley Davidson.
Both trucks aim to have a certain sense of Americana about them. The King Ranch appeals to the rootin’ tootin’ cowboy aesthetic. The Harley-Davidson, on the other hand, is supposed to be a little less lone ranger, and little more Born to be Wild. It’s supposed to be a bad-ass truck the same way that a Harley is a bad-ass bike.
