Welcome to Texas, homes of endless droughts, hot summers, and — most of all — great trucks. It’s hard to deny that some impressive rigs are found in the Lone Star State, considering that the King Ranch Ford is specifically named after an actual ranch that happens to reside in Texas.

That’s not to say that every Ford truck in the state is a King Ranch, since this is certainly not true. In fact, F150Online member hurleydallas resides in Dallas and is the proud owner of a 1998 Ford F-150. Today we’ll be stepping into his garage and taking a closer look at the ride within!

To be more specific, hurleydallas’s ride is a 1998 Ford F-150 5.4L with an eight foot bed. The ride, as is often the case, is not entirely stock anymore. It’s hard to resist the large number of aftermarket parts available for these trucks!

As the ride sits now, it has a 3″ spindle lift, a 1.5″ Daystar spacer, a dual straight pipe exhaust, and more. We’re not sure where he plans to go with his ride, but we’re interested in seeing what this F-150 becomes!

So if you ever want to see some wonderful Ford rigs, Texas is definitely the place to be! Go drop by hurleydallas’s garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week!
