Not a lot has been modified or added to the exterior of the truck so far. Each adds functionality and good looks to the truck. (click on the thumbnails for a larger image)
Notes: About three weeks after I bought my truck I noticed a growing crack in the windshield. About that time I decided to buy a bug deflector to protect from future "incidents." Installation of the shield was simple. Many people have asked me if I had to drill holes in the hood...answer: nope! The pre-drilled holes in the shield matched up perfectly with holes in the hood. To secure it, Deflecta-Shield provides plastic screws, and small rubber "bumpers" to prevent the shield from flapping around in the wind. No double-sided tape, either. It does add a bit wind noise, though, but looks great!
Notes: The cover fits like a glove and looks fantastic. Installation was a breeze, the truck is a lot more stable at highway speeds and I think I'm even getting better mileage! In addition, it has kept a great deal of cargo dry. Highly recommended addition
