This is the first SuperDuty that has graced the pages of F-150 Online. This truck belongs to the Polk Fire Department, and comes to us courtesy of a friend of F-150 Online, John Einhorn. Details...it is a '99 Ford F350 SuperDuty 4x4, 5.4 V8, Automatic. They upgraded the stock tires with new 285/75R-16 (wild agressive tread tires for getting down and dirty during grass fires), but they couldn't buy new rims yet. (no one is making them yet) This truck will be taking shape in the near future, as the doors will be lettered and then it's off to get the grass fire tank/pump slide-in unit moved over from their 1982 Chevy K20 4x4 Grass 5. If you cannot tell, a lot of time has been put into the paint job as well. Nice truck John, and we hope to see even more SuperDuties in the gallery in the weeks and months to come!
