I feel like reviving something today...and not homework!
Kubota L3400 and a 24' diamondback car hauler when my dad loaded it.(I load it more to where the truck is level hauling it.)
Hauling railroad ties from Borger, Tx to Amarillo, the only time I noticed them was when i was buckin' the wind the whole way back!!
Don't know the weights on either of them, but the truck didn't notice 'em one bit!

Thanks man,
I can't thank the "old man" in that third picture enough. My parents are the greatest, bought me that as a senior present for highschool. Of course the '99 F-150 I was driving probably would have keeled over had I driven it back and forth between Lubbock and Amarillo like I do

Nice truck! It's most likley going to prove one Fords better year models. You might be surprised what these older Fords can do, I pull a car hauler just like that except it's black lol,- with a 98 4x4 that has over a quarter million miles. I'm usually pulling conversion vans. Still doin it w/ original factory u joints no less. Strong truck that's never used a drop of oil between changes. Got lucky with this one

I wish I had pics of my truck towing my dad's little chevy S10 Blazer (its the red car in the railroad tie pic) that threw a rod. He was so pissed he just stuck it next to the White '79 Datsun in the same pic and it has sat there since It really is a rock now! That time I forgot I was pulling anything until I looked in the rear view mirror.

my 7700 on its bump stops...
I had a whole pallet of water softener salt. 52 bags at 45lbs each and was not on the bump stops.
It's wet top soil from last spring .
The dodge in the back ground is my buddies. It was on the bump stops so we threw another scoop and half with the bucket on the loader in.

Still, the blocks are pretty heavy to "gently" lay up so high.
