a 9'6 aint legal on a 1 ton in most states, too wide, unless its a v, 8'6 is the limit, and you can plow with wings, you just cant be on a road without taking them off. 9'6 is what they use on medium duty trucks in municipalities

The plow I am looking at is a V and as long as I can angle the plow and be under 102" wide I am golden I just cant run with the blade straight if I do go that route.

Yes it is but if you think that big you should try a loader with a 14'-6" snow pusher on it.

Hello to the forum members. This is Steven. I'm going to put a plow on a F150 Heritage. But i know local company. I really very happy to see this site. The given photos are really very interesting. Please give me more information about F-150.

go fisher minute mount II, best plow on the market, don't get a queer clear plastic pos. We have a 99 Fisher minute mount 7.5' off of my old f250 on my dads 97 F250, my old truck had 210k miles of commercial duty and dad ran it 2 years and then last year, pump went and we replaced the pump, motor, and fluid, took half an hour and cost less then 200 bucks, so for 200 bucks in maintenece on a ten year old plow...thats not so bad....especially for the abuse this plow has seen. My BIL had a fisher V, swapped it for a western v and hated it, sold it the same year and now has a stainless minute mount II, he loves it...won't buy anything else now. He said the western unimount deal sucked.

Frame/unimount

I had a 01 150 that I used to plow with, it recently got totaled and I am looking to replace it, I have found a couple of 150's, one that I am quite interested in is a 2002 f150 that is a 7700 series, does anyone know if I have the unimount for the f150 if it would be able to get on to the 02 150 7700?
