Are we talking about the same or the same pkg. The HD payload pkg, that has the 7 lug rims, 3200prox payload rating pretty much the old light duty 3/4 of the late 90s. To the best my knowledge its never been availble in a crew cab long bed, I am not sure they ever offered any F150 in a crew long beds. The F150 heavy payload pkg has only been availble in the Reg and Ext cabs long beds at least the HD pkg F150s I thought we were talking about here were anyway.

Some are talking about the same package, some aren't. I'm talking about the heavy duty payload package in my 2005 F-150. I get about 15 mpg.

O.K. well first off it would be unsporting of me to tell you to join the real military and enlist in the USMC, without telling you anythign else. I was offered a 65k bonus for to become a "soldier" and if there offering that much money there must be something wrong lol I would give up 65k just to have the honor of being a Marine any day. Anwyway, besides that, DON'T SELL THE TRUCK!!!!!!! after 6 months you will be at your first PDS, and be kicking yourself in the BUTT wondering why you have to get rides everywhere, and anywhere you buy a vehicle near base will literally try and make you pay double what you would normally owe! Stick with it man, keep the truck you have, don't get rid of it! So what if it has to sit for half a year, when you get out of that trash, all your friends will be looking for a car and have to make a double payment, and you will already have yours, not have to worry about that trash! Have fun man, use that stress-card to all its worth! (haha jk man just messin')
