2000 WT's
My truck's bumpers are painted silver from the factory but I've only
seen one other one like that. Most are black. Did they only do that on
2000 models ?

They usually have those silver painted bumpers on the work truck group, along with a non chrome grill, no carpet and a vinyl bench seat ( at least up here in Canada ).

Work truck group gives you argent bumpers. Looks like you have the XL decor package in addition which gives you the chrome bumpers.
