Ride difference between at/mt
What is the ride difference b/t the AT and the MT? Ive only had MT and have been contemplating getting all terrains. Is the ride all that different or about the same smooth wise?

The difference is night and day. M/T's are rougher riding and will produce more interior noise. I know guys will tell you that the noise isn't that bad but in comparision it is. An A/T will always ride better than a M/T and generate less noise.

Noise hasn't ever been an issue, just looking for smoother. It's getting irritating after having mud tires for so long.

Yup, AT's are smoother and quieter than MT's. Period. The Amount of difference just depends on the quality of tires you run.

The only A/T's I've ever had were BFG's. I loved them. The ride was much smoother than my Toyo M/T's.
