so i tore up the tread of one of my bfg ats off road and for the third time i believe i have a leak in one of them. also i just put on a lift so my 32's look small. ive been looking at tires to replace one, if not all. 90% road, looking for atleast 30k miles, something equal or more extreme than bfg at. ones that have caught my eye- 285 or 295/75/16 if im replacing all, 265 if replacing one or two
-big o xt(looks like a nice compromise of mt/at but dont know anything about it)
-interco m16-have a 295 size but havent found a site with prices for it.
-interco truxus mt
-interco truxus sts
-hankook mt rt03
-khumo mt kl71
-geolander mt+
-procomp mt
suggestions, comments, opinions, etc. i have searched here and on other tire review sites
would my truck look really funny with two different tires on the back than the front?
Not if your truck was a muscle car and getting ready to run at the local strip . Seriously though I'd stick to one tire size on your truck. If you run different sizes you can cancel out rotating them (unless you get tired of the look and want skinny tires in the rear and fat ones up front ) so that 30K+ you're looking for will be harder to hit and with 90% highway driving there isn't a reason to run different sized tires. Stick with the one size fits all

yeah sadly i was just dreaming out loud. if i was going to go up in size it would be all 4 but i dont exactly have 600-700 to spend so itll probably just be a replacement for the bad tire
yeah but not 265/75/16 and a huge price tag for the rest of the sizes
Hey man go check out maxxis buckshots,
also im pretty sure i saw a set of Iroks in 285/75/16 on ebay for very cheap. they will last 30 with rotations ill take a look for you!
Id highly recommend the Super Swamper Narrow 34" tall should easily fit on your truck and it would benefit you with the 4.2 and being 2wd. And they will also last 30+ with proper rotations.
Out of the tires you listed, the Kumho, Hankocks and Pro Comps have always recieved great reviews.

stay away from the Trux sts, they are crap ! But the Truxs are awesome and getting great reviews. The m-16's haven't been out long enough for reviews to come in, but look like a bad ass tire. The nullets on the tread are a little much for me though.
Remember Mark (with the Dodge) ? He also owns a 4runner, and is rocking the Big-O xt things. He loves them. He really liked em while it was his DD, now its slowly turning into a rig, he lose those tires. I also rocked the Big-O A/T's for a long time on my Sami. Bad ass tires for a damn good price.
I have the AT/Rs on my truck now. They suck. Dont get them. Got stuck twice during duck season in mud that you shouldn't get stuck in, it was sad to say the least. Since im putting my new tires on next weekend, im going to SHRED these things. Should be fun.
