will stock rims from mustang fit my F150?

I need to buy new rims for my '97 F150. I really like the charcoal painted 17" Torque-thrust style rims on the 2002 Mustang GT. Does the mustang have the same bolt pattern as the late model F150's? How about backspacing/wheel offset? Thanks.

As far....

as i know, the mustang is a 5x4.5 bolt pattern while the f150's are a strange 5x135mm, so no they wont work
