I highly doubt it my friend..
Your going to need to at the very least crank your torsion bars.
If not get a 2-3" body lift..
33" tires 10"wide rim is going to be mega tight and not allow
for any body flex when offroading.
So I would have to disagree with buddy here..

Go to fordtruckworld.com and go to the galleries and look for Redwing. He has 305/70 Goodyear MTRs on 16x10 Eagle 589s with stock suspension. He also has some pics of where you will have to trim the front bumper's lower plastic valance.

The site has been down since yesterday, but I do beleive you
that it is possible..

Ideal, probably not...
Like I said, body flex will most likely rub, but if you dont
offroad, all the power to ya,..

Tires aren't a problem

Don't worry about lifting your truck to fit the tires. I am driving a 01' 4x4 SuperCrew with 305/70's on 16 inch wheels. The tires are Buckshot Maxxis Mudders. There is absolutely no clearance problems - no rubbing or bottoming out and it handles great. As a matter of fact, I loaded up 40 bags of horse feed in it this weekend (1 ton) and didn't rub. It was a little much for the suspension, but if that didn't put tire against fender, then nothing will. I also pull an 18ft horse trailer with 5 horses very regularly - no problems.

Bonus, the truck looks great with this size tire and the Buckshot tires outperform any tire out there. Look into them if you want a tire that you can use.

Good luck!

when it comes to tires dont just wing it. Go to a Off Road shop, not your local NTB, and talk to them about what your thinking of doing. I would get a 6" lift tho, Rancho has a good one, with 35" BFG's, or Pro Comp Mud Terains. Just be ready to replace them in 35k miles if you are lucky. Absolutely do not crank up your torsion bars, that is terrible for your suspension and will make your car ride like a brick. If you are that strapped get a body lift.
