They are Ultra Nocturno. They are 17inch by 9inch. They have Goodyear Eagle low profile tires on them. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head. They are less than 1 year old. They are polished chrome. Universal 5 lug. They were on my car for one summer, then stored this past winter. The tires are like new. I bought the wheel and tire combo for around $2,500.
