warped disc

I have a 99 SD that feels like it has a warped front disc.

Is there any turning to straighted this or do I just have to buy another disc?

Can I buy a used one and what will it cost me?

Thanks

generally a warped disc would not be repairable. and i wouldn't buy a used one as it may have the same problem. i'd bite the bullet and get new rotors. my '94 warped both front rotors for no apparent reason. ford weakness i'd say as my brother had the same problem on his f150.

Warping on these trucks is usually caused by improper tightening of the lug nuts.

warped disk

I bought two new rotors for my 2000 f-150, they were less than $30 each so it is worth it versus trying to return them
