305's on stock

Have read of a few people putting 305's on there truck with no lift. I have a 99 with 16+8 wheels and 285's had to trim the front bumper to stop rubbing. Is there any more trimming involved and if not will I rub if Im under moderate flex. Don't do a lot of off roading but will have my truck in fields and logging roads time to time especially during hunting season.

Appreciate the info
