Question Selecting Tire/Wheel Size w/ 3.5 Spindle

I have a 2001 Supercrew 2wd. I am having the Fabtech 3 - 3.5 inch spindle lift put on next week. I am struggling with new tires and wheel sizes. I want to put an All Terrain Tire and I have selected the Weld Sidewinder 16 x 8. I also do not know what backspacing to choose. They have a 4 5/8 inch and a 3 5/8 inch backspacing. I want the tires even with the fender wells or sticking out slightly.

Here are the three choices: Tell me if they will fit and the pros and cons

1) 3 5/8 backspacing with 285 75 16. Wheels will probably be out 2 1/2 inches further than stock.

2) 4 5/8 backspacing with 305 70 16. Wheels will probably stick out 1 1/2 inches further than stock. Tires will be approx 1 inch wider than 285's Will they clear?

3) 4 5/8 back spacing with 285 75 16. Wheels will probably stick out 1 1/2 inches further than stock. I don't think this will bring out the tires just past the wheel well.

Let me know what you think. I greatly appreciate any help, opinions, pics. Thanks.
