torque specifications?????

What are the torque specs on the lugs for the 17" factory wheels? I'm not sure of the lug nut size.

2000 F150 XLT Sport 4X4

30000 miles and already needs new brake pads

From 2000 factory manual. wheel nuts (100/ft# on 12mm bolts) (150ft# on 14mm bolts). I have also seen the torque value stamped on the nut itself.
