97 rims on a 2003

hi i search and found a couple things but still not sure. so i got a 97 and a 2003 the 97 had new tires last yr and the 2003 needs tires before winter. I live in southern alberta canada, and thinking about not driving the 97 this winter much but be using the 2003 and wondering if i could just swap the rims with newer tires to the 2003? or if have to change tires to the 2003 rims? thanks

I show the bolt pattern on a 93 F150 to be 5-5.5 and the 97 to be 5-135.

The wheels will not be interchangeable.

The OP said a 2003?

If that's the case, the bolt pattern will be the same, but the 97 will have 12 mm studs and the 2003 will have 14 mm studs.

I do believe that the wheels themselves will fit each, as long as the 97 wheels have the larger holes in them... You'll have to keep the lugs from each rig on the same rig obviously too.

I did put 2003 wheels on my 97, and they fit fine.
