315/70/17 falken wild peaks mounted

Had the new tires put on this morning. Wheels are vtec raptor 17x8 5.43 inches of backspacing and +25 offset. No rubbing at all. Fills the wheelwells up better. May throw the running boards back on later today. Here are some quick pics I took.

sorry for the repeat........

Lookin Good Jerry

I bet its nice to see some meat on those rims now.

Its also great to hear no rubbing issues.

My wheel and tire package was delivered today and OMG ...... I did not expect them to be that big ... lol. 315/70/17's dont look as big in pics on these forums ... lol.
I hope i dont have any rubbing issues either but I started to worry more as soon as I saw them and rolled one up to my truck to compare the difference. Unfortunately they forgot to send me the lugs so have to go get some tomorrow.

Well excited to see yours as well. Post pics as soon as u get them on. Did u go with the 17x9s? The width doesn't show up in a pic like it does in real life. Pics don't do them justice. U end up with the cooper discover at3?

Yes I did get the 17x9's with +30 offset and the cooper discover at3's.
These tires look awesome but unfortunately they were shipped before I could let them know to go blackwalls out. These big tires have some BIG lettering too .... lol.

Heres a pic i just found showing the blackwall side. The dull dark area is actually a ribbed texture which i thought was pretty cool.

If those are the wheels you have, I would suggest black lug nuts. I hate seeing all black wheels with chrome lug nuts. Mine were the same price for either. Those are nice looking wheels and think it will look great white or blackwall out.

Well i couldnt wait any longer. I picked up the lug nuts before work today (work 2-10) and when i got home tonight I put them on and I'm happy to say no rubbing whatsoever!! And they look freakin awesome!!

Its 33 degrees outside and i even washed off the blue crap ... lol. Running 43 pounds of air and they feel great. I was worried about a stiffer ride with the 8 ply and it is slightly but handles great. I'll get some pics together and put up a post in the next few days.

Come on man. How about one teaser pic? Awesome that they don't rub. What's the max psi on those? Mine is 50 and the tire shop put them at 40. Seems okay the 100 miles I put on them.
