post pics of 33 inch tires

Amazing truck and still fits in the garage, what more could u ask for? What rpms are u running at different speeds with the 4.10s? Want to get bigger tires in the future and lower gears. I have 3.55 now so the 4.10 with 34s (285/75/17 or 305/70/17) would get me where 3.73 would be with stock size tire so seems good to me. What are u at around 65-75? 4.56 seems it may be too low. Thanks.

My garage (and the whole house) are custom built, but i personally designed the garage with my builder. 26'x34', sloped for water run-out, lighting, water faucet inside, ceiling fan, 10' ceiling, 8' doors, bla, bla, bla. This garage was built around two things...getting my truck in easily and more importantly for full washing and detailing inside with the doors closed any time day or night.
4.10's are perfect for me and my driving/towing with the 33's. I also went 4.10 over 4.56 because I have no desire at all to move up to 35's. I love the stance and fit of my truck with 33's, they're perfect. 35's IMO would throw off the balance. I haven't really paid any attention to speed/rpm relationships, but I can later. All I know is it's a blast to drive again and my fuel mileage went up a point or two.

dDawg, I have a couple questions for you regarding these two that I hope can benefit many here deciding on what to do for tire upgrade:
1) describe the change in ride quality between stock, level, and lift?
2) Difference in backspace between the two and your thought between the two wheels
3) either of these wheels clear coated? Easy to keep clean?
4) your impressions of the highway ride quality between stock tires, BFG ats, and BFG mt?
5) corrected mileage between stock setup, levelled, lifted?
6) your opinion if 33s might have fit without the level?
I know thats a lot of questions but the answers could be enormously valuable to many...
THanks!

From D-Dawg's link above:
33-inch BFG All Terrain KOs mounted on 18-inch Eagle Series 197 Wheels
I looked into these wheels and looks like they only come in 9" wheel with 4.5" backspace, so there you have it! Those are aftermarket flairs so I'm sure it has a nice wide stance with the backspace compared to stock. And to DDawg's credit, that is a great picture!

Thanks for the pic compliment too!
Hey SkiDood, here are my answers:
1) No diffference at all in ride quality between stock and leveled. When I went to a full suspension lift, the ride quality firmed up as a function of the stiffer shocks (but still very comfortable) but steering was still like stock due to retaining the factory geometry (at least with the Rancho systems I used)
2) The backspacing was the same for both wheels I selected; the Eagles had 4.5 inches with -11mm offset and the Addicts had 4.5 inches with -12mm offset.
3) I believe the Eagles had a clear coat while the Addicts had a matte black. No issues with keeping either clean but I wash my trucks a lot. In both cases, I used mild soap and water and dried with clean cloths immediately and didn't use wheel shine that flaked off or ran.
4) Highway ride was good all the way around; the BFG ATs were definitely the more compliant set up and did better in very wet conditions, but BFG KM2s were surprisingly good at control and ride comfort, not to mention they weren't very loud at all.
5) Hard to say about the mileage with my leveled '08 because I also installed an Edge programmer to compensate for the biiger 33s so mileage was about the same, but saw a 1.5-2 mpg drop with the lift and 35s.
6) Without the level, I would have gone with the 285s versus the 305s because I still got some rubbing due to the wheel offset. Or you can go with the 305s and use a narrower/lower offset wheel (closer to stock).
Hope that helps some.
