So.....4wheelparts.com called me today they can't get me those wheels procomp so graciously has discontinued those wheels. Great!!! So I guess I'm on the hunt again but I think I have found some more on ahwooga.com. It's a pretty cool website lots of stuff on there.

do you have the name & brand ??

to the above post , do you have the name and brand of the 16.5 inch wheels you were able to get ?? im in the same spot .... sitting on a ton of money in new tires but need a spare rim and have 1 slightly bent rim..... i too use military tires ..the 16.5 was common on the older hummers .Currently BF Goodrich is the ONLY supplier [other then a military seller of old stock ] for these tires ...they are bf Goodrich radial TA's 16.5/12.50/33's ,and have been nationally out of stock for 7 months ..they are now in stock for 189 bucks from tire rack . almost 200 cheaper then a remotely comparable quality 33 from anyone else . so if you can afford to wait , and search ebay ect for 17 inch rims like i am , and the right deal on tires , its 1000 cheaper in rubber alone to stay with what you have ..least for now . but i could use alil help on those rims you mentioned above to buy 2 i had just bought new sneakers a few months ago .

No one makes the 16.5" wheels for 5x135 anymore. Your best bet is to keep checking Craigslist, eBay, and probably pirate 4x4 classifieds for some to go up for sale. I used to have a set of the eagle alloy ones and sold them on Craigslist for a decent amount. They're hard to get so expect to pay for that.
