Attn MOD
I was just on that Rims N Tires site 2 days ago and went there today and the page was down/missing. So then I went to their home page to find their link to the Comparer and followed it.
I guess the new URL is:
http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

and not:
(Broken) http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp

Adjusting Speedometer per new tire size

Is there a way to adjust the speedometer?
I have 35x12,5 R17 on my 2001 F150, I think this truck came with 295x10 R17 from the factory.

It requires a change in the PCM using a programmer or at the dealer. The dealers sometimes do not have the software for the larger tire sizes. It's a good time to invest in a programmer which you probably need anyway with the taller tires.

What are the largest size i can fit

Hi, i own a 2010 F150 xl double cab. and i dont really want to get involve into change or lift it but i do want to by a set of bf goodrich mud terrain II for it.

The question i have is withouth changing a thing of my truck what would be the largest diameter i can make fit on to it without haveing the risk of damage the truck. i tried some 305 i think but they say i was going to hit the front wheels everytime i turn.

I dont have to many experience and i have no way to know how the tire look because i have to pay the wheels before they can mount it on the truck.

thank you
