That's not really an issue with the 01's. I have 16x10's with 4.5 inches of bs and my 315's are just about even with the edge of my front fender flares.
How much lift do you have?

ok thanks what about the offset im looking at **** cepk dc1 and they have a -12 offset and i just purchased a performance accesories 3 inch bl even though local shop keeps trying to sell me a key leveleing kit for 350 installed
I'd run from any shop recommending aftermarket torsion bar adjustment keys. I'd go with a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing like mine.

ok cool so the offset is not as critical then? have oy had any treanny problems speedo problems with the 315s and what of the following would you choose
Wheel/Tire Size: 16"
Width: 10"
Lug Pattern: 5x135mm
Offset: -25 mm
Back Spacing: 4.52"
Finish: Polished
Material: Aluminum
Max Load: 2500lbs
Wheel/Tire Size: 16"
Width: 8"
Lug Pattern: 5x135mm
Offset: -12 mm
Back Spacing: 4.03"
Finish: Polished
Material: Aluminum
Max Load: 2500lbs
Color: Black
Wandell I have been wanting to put 315's on my 99 as well I already have a 3 inch body lift, from your sig it looks like thats all you have as well I have 16 x10 inch wheels already. I have been recommended to look into a leveling kit with new keys and rear blocks.
The aftermarkt torsion bar adjustment keys have to be the worst product ever made. They allow you to put way, way too much preload on your torsion bars which will destroy your ride quality and cause increased wear and tear on your front end. Just crank up the preload enough to level the truck using the OEM adjustment keys. Why on earth people spend money on a product that allows them to do something that can be done for free is beyond me.
Slayer, as I said, I'd go with the 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of BS. BS and offset are just two different ways of measuring the same thing. BS is just much easier to understand because it doesn't change with the width of the wheel.

Wandell speaks the truth about the torsion keys...though I have never used them, I have never heard good things about them. I simply turned mine and added 2" coil spacers. Running 305,s on a 16x10.
I used an air wrench with a socket. Just measure, and measure well. I went from the middle of each wheel opening, straight down in front of the center cap. Its sounds alot tougher than it is, just have to do it a couple of times. Unfortunately, Ive done it 4 times on 4 different expys. Replied to your message

RIght, all you have to have is an 18mm wrench. It's easier if you jack the front end off the ground.

Thanks for all the advice guys, I fit the 35's on under the body lift with minimal trimming and only a small adjustment to the Torsion bars. looks great
