piecing together wheels and tires

hey i am going to get my wheels and tires ordered, but first what would you say about a

MT ATZ VS NIT Trail Grappler?

i can acually get the atz's for about 50 bucks cheaper than the TG's. I drive 99.9% on the road and i would only get the TG's For the looks. i'm leaning towards the atz's...any suggestions?

and also i found a 20x9 wheel that has +30 offset..will that work with a 35x1250x20 leveled?
