Question OUCH!!!!! I have curb rash.....

Does anyone know a good wheel repair specialist in the North Bay, Ca that they would recommend to repair my 22" limited edition wheels? I called the dealer to see what it would cost to replace my wheels and they told me it would be $1,500.00 for each wheel. WOW!!!! So instead of spending that much cash for my stupidity, I would rather try to fix them first.

Any recommendation for a local shop would be great. Thanks

I'd steal one from another one before paying that. Check ebay and craigslist.

curb rash

I would check with your local body shop, they will certainly know of a wheel repair shop. Don't forget your good friend "google.com" He can find anything if you know how to search. Also there are about 10 sets of 22" f150 wheels listed on Ebay at this time

I'd try one of the online Ford parts dealers and see what they can get the wheel for? $1500 is nuts!

I've called around already to see if anyone else can get the wheels but ALL of them said that they would have to order them from the dealer. I've also googled them and check for them on Ebay. I found somone selling the same wheels on ebay but they where scratched worse then mine.

These are not just another set of 22's they are the limited edition that come on the 08 limited edition F150. They are partially painted to match the color of the truck.

thats the ebay link for a set of them for 1k

also looks like newwheel does have them for 388 a piece....your best bet would be just getting 1 rim from them

try rightwheels on walnut creek, they repair any size for $100 plus mounting and balance, I had a set on my old truck 19" Boyd Coddingtons and they did a great job, you could'n tell it was repaired.

i don't have the number handy, but search it on the yellow pages
