Unhappy 2009 Brake Failure?

As I was braking going around an on ramp bend to the freeway my brakes gave out! They literally sounded like they were grinding or something and my brake pedal went loose and almost to the floor. I was forced to stop the turn and go straight into the carpool lane and the brakes started to work again.

Anyone every experience this??? It freaked me out! I am leveled with the 2" AS kit. I want to bring it in but I wonder if the stealership would bock at that and try to say that was the problem.

On another note.. To top it off after the shop installed the 2" AS they said after working with the suspension its normal for the stearing will to be off alignment a little. They said drive 500 miles and come back for a free second alignment to fine tune it and get the stearing wheel straight as an arrow.

Yeah that shop sounds like a big ole FAIL to me too. Break in alignment? Take it someplace else. They probably screwed something up or left a caliper off or something. Lol

My wife drove a Durango (never ever buy one) and we had it serviced and they forgot to put the bolts back on the brake caliper... opps! Found it before it caused any problems but still.

Take it to the dealer. Unless you want to wreck your brand new truck cause the brakes are failing.
This is not the first post ive read with 09-10 f-150's and problem with braking. Making me glad I'm waiting to get a new f-150.
