emergency brake

i have a 01 regular cab 4x4 and the emergency brake cable keeps comming off the shoe, passenger side,anyone have this problem and a way to slove it?

Mine is the driver side and I don't use the brake anymore right now..

i got the same problem all you need is a new cable but im to cheap to buy one and the e brake is useles unless you have to park on a incline with a trailer then i just use chalks
