If you can't find prebent but can find the correct lengths, check out something like this: http://www.harborfreight.com/tubing-bender-3755.html
You can form your own bends so long as you either have an original for a pattern or have an idea of how to shape them.

I work in a Ford parts dept. (Not there at the moment as I am currently deployed with the Army Reserves). Coming across pre-bent brakelines is pretty hard these days, especially for a 99. Most of the time we recommend to a customer get the diameter needed, and get a few pairs of various lengths and the necessary fittings to get to the correct length. Another part of the reason they aren't easily found is because from the factory it's one line from front to back bent and shaped, and shipping that sort of thing in a whole prebent assembly would mean it has to come in on a freight truck because your local UPS man probably won't haul that in the in-town truck, because you're looking at something nearly as long as your vehicle (minus a foot or two) itself with about a 1 foot box width and 2 to 3 foot box height. Just my .02 cents

I have the same problem on my 1999 4x4 as of today. Brake line rotted under the cab. I called Classic Tube and they don't have spec to make the F150 lines. They do have some 250/350 sets. If you can do without your vehicle for a couple weeks, you can send your lines to them and they will make you a set. Fine Lines can probably do the same thing. I just can't be without mine that long.
