305/55-20 rear shock clearance

i have an '04 that is stock except for the front end leveling spacers. i have accquired stock 8.5-20 rims and wish to run the pirelli scorpion atr in 305/55-20. will there be any clearance problems in the back with the shocks ?

Only if you have more than 5.5" of backspacing.

My mistake, I didn't see "stock" rims, which are 5.5" BS.
