ok guys it was my wheel bearing that was the problem. I kept hearing grinding so i changed my brakes and rotors which needed it anyway still kept hearing it and it got worse abs light never went off... I changed the drivers side wheel bearing and it came with a new sensor and all and it went off. I dont know how to explain it but it worked.
