What pressure?

What psi should I run my 315/75/16x10 Toyo m/t's ?

According to their site, you have a load range E with a max of 65 psi. Run them at about 45. I would not go lower than about 42, except for short periods where you may need traction in sand, etc. Definitely not lower on the road.
