Hmmm, 5 degrees broke somethin'

Either lost the line or the caliper on the right front of the '97. Pedal to the floor and had to downshift a lot to get home. Glad I keep a bottle of fluid in every truck, as I had to refill once. Eh well, parked it and will see whats up with it later.

Well upon closer inspection, just the line went bad on the one side with the other side appearing to be shortly behind as well. 40bucks at napa fer the two sides.

Mmmm, cold brake fluid. Can't wait.

Make sure that your wheel didn't fling any of that brake fluid up onto your paint... it'll strip the paint right down to the bare sheet metal in no time. (seen it with my own four eyes)

Aside from that, yup, just a brake hose.... No biggie. Replace it, bleed it, and you'll be good to go!

May as well bleed the rears while you're at it... it'll help the pedal feel as well as the rear brake performance.
