longer emergency brake line?

So i got my lift installed everything went together just fine, but the emergency brake line is too short. its real tight and conflicted with the wheel. so I disconnected it. I have a single cab truck. would a e-brake line from a extended cab or screw do the trick? theoretically a line from one of those would have to be longer to make up for the longer cab right? I only need it to be maybe 4-5 inches longer at the most. thanks.

that should work. you can always make adjustments. just make sure it works 100%.

I know that you can get cable "repair" kits and extenders throughs Autozone I've seen them online and at the store.

I don't know the lengths of the brake lines, but size of the cab should not matter, it's the distance from the brake (in cab) to the axle that matters.
