FYI: 305 70R16 mud tires

I just want to add some info for the forum. I put 305 70R16 tires on my 1999 4x4. They have very aggressive mud tread. They are Nanking tires at $184.00 per tire. They look GREAT, fit under the wheel wells is perfect with no rubbing at all. The truck has not been lifted or the torsion bars screwed up. Highway noise is a little higher than stock Goodyears, but, tolerable. I priced the new Goodyears and BF Goodrich at $258 and $312 respectively and I feel these companies are pricing themselves out of business. I also priced Dunlop Mud Rover at $178, but, these were unavailable here. All 4 manufacturers had very similar tread designs. My Nankings are warranted for free replacement if there is a blowout or defect and free rotation every 6 months. With this type of tread, rotation is very important to keep wear even. I would like to read your comments. Or, you can email me at: tjake565@aol.com

how many miles are your tires warrantied for? i am very happy with my bfg a/ts. i got them around 185 a tire. there were cheaper but all would have taken weeks to order them in and these came with a good warranty.

Because of the tread design (aggressive) there was no mileage warranty. Warranty is for tire defects and blowouts which they would replace tire.
