whats the biggest tires on stock rims

what is the biggest tires on stock rims with three inch lift.... 305-75-16 or 315-75??? rims 16x7

If you have a 4x2, 305's(33's). If you have a 4x4, 315's(35's). Both are a little wide for a 7 inch wide wheel however.
