Okay guys would you put black wheels with chrome beauty rings or all chrome wheels on my truck. Me and the wife are at odds on this. See link below for picture of truck if it doesn't show.

"IMO,
Chrome bumpers & chrome accessories = Chrome wheels.
Painted bumpers & black accessories = Black wheels.
It's your truck, comes down to what you want. "


On your truck, the chrome bumpers stick out more than the black steps, so I'd go with all chrome although either would look good.

I agree with Budha. I think chrome would look great on your red truck.

On your truck, CHROME. It'll tie nicely with the chrome bumpers.

i thought chrome would look good because of my chrome accessories (handles and bumpers), but black still looks pretty nice, heres my truck:

I think that chrome rims would look alot on your red truck then the black rims. Dark colored trucks look better with black rims I think,well mainly either the gray or black maybe even blue trucks if you have any other color I think you would have to do chrome it looks alot cleaner. Look forward to seeing whatever you decide to go with.

i was having a hard time deciding too. so i went with a wheel that had both.



but if i had a red truck i would get all black no question. i had black rims on my red '95 f150 and i loved the way they looked.

 

I personally really like the look of black on red. very nice and not to frequent.

just make sure to buy the right wheel

 

I keep telling him chrome because of the bumpers. I also thought about doing the chrome rocker panels. BUT if we get a red front bumper with fog lights, then I dunno. In the end, it is his truck.

 

IMHO, I'm with Budha. The truck isn't black, and the bumpers are chrome. Go with chrome wheels. As for the guys who stated they went black...the two that posted pics both had either a black truck or painted bumpers.

chrome!!!! balck wheels red truck chrome bumpers..... no that would look dumb it all clashes.....chrome would look super clean. if you had a black silver or gray truck i would say black cause i love black wheels but your truck is red....get chrome wheels.
