radial/bias???

radial/bias???

someone give me some info on bias tires and radial tires... (ride, wearing time, uses, pros and cons)

Radial tires have less rolling resistance which in turn will give you better gas mileage. Bias ply tires are harder, have more rolling resistance and in cold weather, or when a vehicle sits for a long, the tires will thump until some heat builds in them.

Yep, like he said, radials have less rolling resistance and ride much better on pavement and wear better. Bias ply tires are usually tougher and perform better offroad. However, they wander on pavement and flatspot overnight. If you are looking for tires for a daily driver, you will be much, much better off with radials.
