i went through the same dilemma.
let me just preface this by saying i don't have a fraction of the knowledge that the big W does. but........i was considering the exact same tire/rim setup and i decided against it because i could not see how that tire was not going to rub against the arm on the inside. i only have about an inch of clearance now with the stock 18x7.5 with 5.5" bs and 275/65/18 tires. I couldn't see how i could add a rim that was 1.5" wider and had another 0.7" of backspace (the 951's are 6.19" bs) plus a tire that wide and not have rubbing. maybe it is just my truck. i am sure they are all a little different and the tolerances not that close. if i were you i would park the truck with the wheel at full turn and then stick your head in the wheel well and see just how much room you have back there behind the wheel.
either way i would be very interested to see how it turns out. please let me know. shoot me an email if you can. thanks!
